If your shipment was free, you have a maximum of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise to notify the return request so that the process can be valid. 

Send the return request by email to info@impllantas.com, with the following information:

Specify the reason for the return, exchange and / or cancellation.

Characteristics of the order to be returned.

  Attach 3 Photographs in which the condition of the tires is checked.

* In the event that the return is due to an error in your request regarding measurements and / or specifications, you must bear the cost of returning the merchandise.

* The photos must be per tire showing the tread pattern, face of the tire and general of the parts of the tires purchased. 

To make the process valid, the tires must not show signs of mounting and will only apply to complete deliveries (partially delivered orders will not enter).

  Once the photos are received we will continue with the next step which is the  authorization of the return, the waiting time for the approval of your request will be 2 to 5 business days.

  Once the merchandise has been received and the optimal condition of the tires has been verified, the refund will be processed, which must be reflected within a period of no more than 8 business days after receipt of the tires.

If the merchandise received does not correspond to the request for your order, a file will be sent by email with the guide number that you must place on the merchandise for its return.
He prints it and places it on the tires.

* In case you require the return for a reason that you no longer need them, it was not to your liking or reasons beyond our control, the customer will have to absorb the return cost.
As the merchandise is received and everything is in optimal condition, the reimbursement process will begin.

  If you require a change of merchandise, you must first call our phones and send an email attaching the order, 3 photos of the tire, to verify the good condition. Once the good condition of this has been verified, the amount will be adjusted by means of a return or extra charge, this only if necessary.

If you wish to purchase products on (WEBSITE), the following process will be carried out.
-Choose the merchandise you want to purchase
-Select the payment method that best suits you.
- The charge will be made for the amount that appears on the screen.
- Shipping management will begin with a time of 1-3 business days.
-The guide number will be sent to your cell phone or email and you will be notified that your product is already with the parcel on its way.
 

It is important that you make sure that the amount  and measures are correct to avoid costs and delay time.
